Explore the Norwegian landscapes during an exclusive day trip through the fjords. Sail through the Osterfjord and the Mostraumen straits before arriving at Modalen. In Modalen you will do a guided mountain hike to Slottet and have some free time to explore the city.
After meeting up at the departure point, you will sail out from the city of Bergen with a great view of Bryggen. From there, you will sail through the marvellous scenes in the Osterjord and the narrow and shallow Mostraumen straits. During the tour you will pass various waterfalls, where the captain navigates the boat so close to the waterfalls you might get a refreshing shower. After the fjord cruise, you will arrive in Modalen, the second smallest municipality of Norway. From here, the guide will take you on a short drive to start the hike to Slottet. The hike will be a rich and safe mountain trek with an experienced guide. At the top you will have a breath-taking view of the fjord landscapes and have a nice lunch break. Once back in the village, there will be free time to explore the city of Modalen before leaving back to Bergen. You will arrive back in Bergen around 17:00-17:30.

A 7-hour day trip through the Norwegian fjords including a 2-2,5-hour hiking to Slottet, an English- and Norwegian-speaking guide and a boat with different facilities.
Special conditions: The hike is not suitable for wheelchairs and buggies.
Clothing: It is important to wear the right clothes for the hiking. It is recommended to bring good clothes, sturdy hiking shoes and some water and food in a bag.
