Escape the city and enjoy the magnificent views of the Lappish forests and hills outside of Rovaniemi, whilst driving your own team of huskies. The sound of the panting huskies and the snow underneath your sled is the perfect soundtrack for this popular dog sledding adventure in Finnish Lapland.
After arriving at the kennel, you will receive a safety brief and driving instructions. The most common length of the trail is 14-20 kilometres and takes about 1 hour 30 minutes. This is dependent on the weather conditions and the skills of the participants. Hot juice and cookies will be served after the dog sledding, together with stories about the husky kennel.
Two adults share one sled, up to two children travel together with their parents. It is possible to drive your own sled of huskies at a supplement. Please let us know during the booking process if you wish to drive your own sled.

Special conditions: A minimum 2 participants. If travelling alone, you can still book this experience as there might be other travellers participating. This activity is not recommended for pregnant woman.
Weather dependent: All outdoor activities are weather dependent and may be cancelled or replaced by more suitable alternatives should the conditions not permit to run the tour as planned. A full refund will be made for activities cancelled by the supplier due to weather conditions.
