Experience unique arctic scenery. Join an exciting tour with polar dogs pulling wheeled carts in the Advent Valley during the summer season, when the snow has started melting.

You will be picked up at your hotel and brought to the dog yard where many excited polar dogs are waiting for you. You will be equipped with overalls and boots and receive a briefing on the tour and a demonstration of dog wagon control. You will then help harness the dogs before it is time to follow the dirt road along the Advent Valley (Adventdalen).
The guide will drive first with two guests, followed by carts for three people pulled by about 8 dogs each. All guests get to steer if they like. During the ride you will have a good chance of seeing reindeer, foxes and birds. Enjoy a hot beverage in a cosy log cabin at the yards and say hello to the puppies.
